In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and optimal functioning of residential and commercial swimming pools. Your expertise in pool maintenance, mechanical systems, and equipment repair will ensure our clients enjoy pristine, safe swimming environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills and passion for service in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls and floors, and emptying skimmer baskets to ensure crystal-clear water quality. Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators to identify issues early. Repair and maintain pool equipment using hand tools and power tools, ensuring all systems operate efficiently. Troubleshoot mechanical problems with pool systems and perform necessary repairs or coordinate with specialists for complex issues. Follow established safety protocols during all maintenance activities to protect yourself and clients' property. Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs performed, and equipment status for each client. Communicate effectively with clients regarding maintenance needs or potential issues to enhance customer satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a pool cleaner or service technician with a strong understanding of pool maintenance procedures. Mechanical knowledge related to pool systems and equipment repair. Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for equipment servicing. Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques, including chemical balancing and water testing. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems efficiently and perform repairs independently. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred; ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
