Maintenance Technician A/C Certified

Responsibilities Include But Aren't Limited To:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of machinery and facilities.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance concerns and inquiries.

Requirements:

• Must be A/C Certified with Experience
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, including knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, paint, drywall, etc.
• Ability to fabricate or repair equipment using various tools and materials.
• Proficient in English with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and logic controllers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to perform basic electrical repairs.
• Welding experience is a plus.
