Job Description

Looking for a part time person that can do maintenance at a self-storage facility. One day a week on average. Basic Responsibilities Walk-through the facility Pick up trash Fix things Take Photos Tasks include: Maintaining the properties so they are kept clean and orderly Sweeping out units when someone moves out Picking up trash left by tenants Fixing gates when broke Repairing fences around properties Help with move in & move out of tenants Over-locking tenants that are late Running auctions when we have them Repairing doors that are broke Repairing latches that are broke Helping with emergencies when needed Documenting work done and reporting to the office Part time job with set amount of hours Please email your resume and contact information to admin@deeprootselfstorage.com
