Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Service Technician and become a vital part of ensuring sparkling, safe, and well-maintained swimming pools for our valued clients. In this role, you'll perform routine pool maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and deliver exceptional service that keeps pools in top condition. Your expertise will help create inviting aquatic environments, making a positive impact on our customers' leisure and relaxation experiences. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in pool care while working in a fast-paced, rewarding setting. Responsibilities Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, brushing, vacuuming, and chemical balancing to maintain optimal water quality. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with pool systems using hand tools and power tools. Maintain accurate records of service visits, chemical levels, repairs performed, and equipment status. Respond promptly to customer requests for troubleshooting or emergency repairs to ensure minimal downtime. Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures when working with chemicals and electrical equipment. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Prior service technician experience or similar role in pool maintenance required. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong understanding of pool cleaning techniques and chemical balancing procedures. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to work independently while managing multiple service appointments efficiently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required; willingness to learn industry standards is essential.
