Equipment Maintenance Technician-Branch 51 Staff Force Personnel Services - 5.0 Manor, TX Job Details Full-time $22 - $25 an hour 6 days ago Qualifications Saws Removing debris Construction painting High school diploma or GED Facilities autonomous maintenance Safety hazards Organizational skills Safety standard operating procedures Full Job Description Support the overall maintenance, cleanliness and safety of the facility.
Essential Functions:
Housekeeping Supports the production process by maintaining the cleanliness of the facility by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning surfaces. Disposes of garbage, recycling, production scraps as required by specific job duties. Maintains cleanliness and regular inspections of restrooms break rooms, offices and outside areas. Preventative Maintenance May perform preventative maintenance such as light painting or repairs. May require some construction background for special projects, as needed. May have access to private or secured areas and must maintain confidentiality. Safe and Efficient Facility Team Member Address and report all equipment defects or maintenance needs to maintain safe and efficient use. Follow all procedures, policies and know the equipment before using it. Speak up when observing something that may be unsafe or someone performing unsafe acts. Efficiently perform work according to standard operating procedures. Work together with other team members to accomplish tasks safely in a fast-paced production environment.
Education/Knowledge/Skill Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. The ability to effectively exchange information with stakeholders preferred. The ability to manage interactions to provide service and to support the organization preferred. Ability to work independently with little supervision while meeting production schedules. Ability to cross-train others. Knowledge of safety procedures while handling saws and other tools.
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
