Now Hiring CNC Maintenance Technician Location:
Mansfield, TX Pay Rate:
$27.00 - $29.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Fix What's Broken. Keep What Works. Get Paid Like a Pro. You know your way around tools, machines, and tough jobs. We're hiring a CNC Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot, repair, and keep the shop running strong.
What You'll Need:
5+ years of CNC maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Experience with preventive maintenance programs and equipment calibration Understanding of machine qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ) is a plus Your Workday in
Action:
Maintain and repair CNC production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime Establish and execute preventive maintenance programs in compliance with quality standards Perform equipment calibration and assist with IQ, OQ, and machine qualification processes Maintain an inventory of spare parts to support continuous production operations Accurately document and report maintenance activities Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and reliability
