CNC Maintenance Technician

Temp-hire position with a thriving company in Mansfield.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3pm Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing operations team. This role is essential in ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of production equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a broad technical skill set. They will be responsible for troubleshooting machinery, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting field service activities to uphold operational excellence. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment using schematics, calibration tools, and precision measuring instruments. Work independently and with minimal supervision Maintain and calibrate equipment Maintain spare part inventories Experience High School Diploma or GED 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment 3-5 years experience CNC repair 3 years experience in building operations and maintenance General knowledge of the tools, methods and practices used in electrial/mechanical repair and building operations
