How It Works Phase 1: Paid Training You'll train alongside an established team servicing active customer accounts. You'll learn: Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance Water chemistry balancing Equipment checks and troubleshooting Customer communication Route efficiency and scheduling Professional service standards Phase 2: Partner Advancement Once you demonstrate reliability, quality work, and leadership, you can move into a Partner role. Partners help grow new accounts and can receive a percentage of recurring revenue from the customer routes they maintain.
