JOB DESCRIPTION
It is the primary responsibility of the Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair all equipment and to assist in the daily operations and activities which they have been assigned and provide administrative and technical support as directed by department management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and repair all equipment related to the successful operation of boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators and HVAC Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including how to repair leaks. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical issues Complete work orders Walk daily routes and make necessary repairs Inspect and perform regular maintenance in guest room and public areas of the hotel Troubleshoot issues with
HVAC, TV
cable or TV's and plumbing Sheetrock repair, tape, float and paint Provide quality customer service to all guests Perform other job-related duties as requested
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
PREFERRED
Experience working with HVAC and electrical equipment Experience working with electrical tools
Job Types:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
