Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all hotel facilities, providing exceptional service to guests and staff alike. This role requires a strong background in various maintenance disciplines, including electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on hotel facilities to ensure safety and functionality. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing, and other mechanical equipment... Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests regarding maintenance issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless operation within the hotel. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong electrical experience with knowledge of troubleshooting techniques. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
