Maintenance Technician Required

Job Type Contract Part-time Project-based Pay $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Additional travel compensation available for long-distance assignments Material reimbursement or material supply provided depending on the project Job Overview We are currently seeking reliable and professional Maintenance Technicians for small residential maintenance and repair projects. Most assignments are short-duration work orders lasting approximately 1-2 hours per project. This position is ideal for independent handymen, maintenance technicians, contractors, or skilled tradespeople looking for flexible project-based work. Responsibilities Complete small residential maintenance and repair tasks Communicate professionally with tenants Coordinate and confirm scheduling availability Perform work orders within the approved timeline Take photos/documentation before and after completion when required Maintain quality workmanship and professionalism on-site Report completed work promptly Scheduling Our office team will coordinate with tenants and help arrange scheduling. Technicians will have flexibility in selecting available appointment windows that work best for their schedule while ensuring timely completion of the work order. Compensation Details Hourly pay ranging from $18-$22 depending on experience and scope of work Travel pay available for jobs outside the standard service area Material costs covered either by: direct company purchase, or reimbursement upon approval/submission of receipts Payment Terms First completed work order can be paid within 24 hours Ongoing payments are issued weekly Preferred Qualifications Previous maintenance, handyman, construction, or repair experience Basic tools and reliable transportation Ability to communicate professionally with tenants and office staff Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently Typical Work Includes Minor repairs Basic plumbing fixes Drywall patching Lock changes Fixture replacements Minor electrical work General punch-list items Property maintenance tasks Why Join Us?
