We are seeking dependable, skilled candidates ready to start immediately.

ASAP Open Positions & Pay Rates:

Duct Installers (3-4 years' experience) $24-$30/hr.

DOE Job Responsibilities:

Duct Installers (3-4 Years Experience): Install and hang ductwork (square, rectangular, flex duct) Must have knowledge of 61 split systems and installing of 250 grills Load, unload, and stage materials Measure and cut ductwork under supervision Install hangers and supports Assist with sealing and insulating ductwork Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow instructions from supervisors Use basic hand and power tools safely Support general job site operations Install and hang ductwork with minimal supervision (square, rectangular, spiral, flex) Read and interpret basic blueprints and layout drawings Measure, cut, and assemble duct systems Install hangers, support, and duct systems independently Assist with installation of dampers, diffusers, and HVAC components Seal ductwork and ensure proper airflow standards Troubleshoot minor installation issues Mentor less experienced helpers when needed Maintain safety standards and job site organization
