This role focuses on maintaining and servicing aerobic and conventional septic systems while delivering great customer service to homeowners. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and want a career with growth opportunities, we'd love to talk. What You'll Do Perform routine septic maintenance and inspections Service aerobic treatment units (ATUs) Add chlorine, clean filters, and inspect components Diagnose common system issues (floats, alarms, pumps, sprinklers, wiring) Complete service reports and photos in company software Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance Assist with repairs and occasional pumping support Maintain tools, and equipment Follow all safety and environmental procedures What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors in Texas weather Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work around excavation areas Good communication and customer service skills are a must Valid Texas driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle Ability to use mobile apps for scheduling and reporting Preferred (but not required) Septic, plumbing, irrigation, construction, HVAC, electrical, or field service experience OSSF maintenance license (or willingness to obtain) Experience towing trailers or operating equipment What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience, vehicle allowance Training and licensing support Growth opportunities into diagnostics, repairs, and installation Family-oriented team environment Schedule Monday-Friday with occasional emergency or weekend work.
