Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pool systems, including pumps, filters, and heaters. Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate findings to clients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards while working in various environments. Skills Proficient in pool cleaning techniques and equipment maintenance. Experience as a service technician with a focus on mechanical systems. Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair pool-related issues. Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in maintenance tasks. Ability to maintain a clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
