Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on complex machinery and systems to ensure optimal production efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining and improving the performance and condition of equipment and facilities at the various areas of the Processing Plant, utilizing preventative and condition-based maintenance techniques, and state of the art tools. Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and equipment. Creating requisitions to procure parts and supplies. Operating forklifts and high lifts, and other powered lift equipment. Training other team members Performing housekeeping duties in the work area Assisting with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude is a must Pneumatic components and systems Experience maintaining 480V motor starters, variable frequency drivers, and distribution systems Solid knowledge of hand tools and tool use Minimum 3 years of experience performing maintenance tasks in a food or beverage processing facility (highly desired) Degree or certification from a recognized industrial maintenance or millwright training program, ideal, but not required Strong analytical skills Ability to read blueprints, schematic and drawings Experience in cleaning and maintaining fluid delivery systems; including valves, pumps and piping. Self-motivated Ability to work well with others and be a team member Ability to demonstrate safe work habits Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexible and willing to work various shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed Physical requirements:

• Ability to lift to 50lbs
• Pushing/pulling/bending/twisting
• Standing for more than 50% Environmental requirements:
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures
