Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other mechanical systems to ensure smooth operations. Your expertise will help uphold our commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality across our facilities. Duties Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics and technical manuals. Repair or replace faulty components on production equipment to minimize downtime. Conduct repairs and service maintenance on facility appliances as needed. Assist with construction or renovation projects related to facility upgrades or expansions. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and safety documentation. Lead small teams during maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed and work is completed efficiently. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and maintenance. Familiarity with schematics, and electrical troubleshooting. Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, 3 phase 480v motors and controls, 220v, variable speed, etc. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide team members during maintenance activities. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings. Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to operational excellence! Pay:
$24.00 - $34.00 per hour
