Partner Program Maintenance Technician - Full TimeJob Summary We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to support building upkeep, repairs, and general facility tasks. This role includes cleaning, basic maintenance, and assisting other departments as needed. Essential Duties Perform painting and basic structural repairs General building cleaning: buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming Operate a forklift in the manufacturing facility Use hand tools for general maintenance tasks Assist with moving furniture, unloading materials, and storing supplies Competencies Problem solving and good judgment Basic technical and mechanical ability Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to follow policies and safety procedures Reliable attendance, good time management, and solid work ethic Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1-3 months related experience preferred Ability to read and follow simple instructions Ability to communicate clearly in small group or one-on-one settings
