Position Details:

Understand and use specifications. Use hands, arms and fingers. Work to precise measurements. Visualize how finished product will look or how system will operate. ‑ use arithmetic to measure, compute amount of materials to use, and to inspect product to be sure it conforms to requirements. Lift and move materials and products. Climb and balance self. Work outdoors in all kinds of weather. Stay calm in face of emergency or danger Customer facing, requires the art of professional conversation and follow up Knowledge of painting, plaster, and caulking Working in guest rooms and public space to maintain building quality Preventative maintenance Troubleshooting and correcting issues in guest rooms Maintaining pool and pool chemicals Working on commercial kitchen equipment

Requirements:

• Understanding of pool safety and chemicals
• Ability to work and diagnose HVAC systems
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
• Prefer hotel experience
• Ability to work outside in seasonal weather conditions
• Ability to use computer systems

$20.00 - $25.50 per hour
