Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued.Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, electrical repairs, and HVAC maintenance
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs
- Inspect and maintain building systems (e.g., plumbing, heating)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
- Keep accurate maintenance records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs
Requirements:
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
- Leadership skills to guide maintenance projects effectively
- Proficiency in electrical work and troubleshooting
- Experience in maintaining residential properties
- Strong English communication skills for interacting with team members and residents
- Welding skills are a plus
