Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative — Garage Door & Gate Company Garage Tec Automatic Gates & Garage Door Repair Richardson, TX Job Details Full-time From $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Google Workspace Phone communication English Dispatching CRM system proficiency Appointment scheduling Full Job Description About Garage Tec Garage Tec is a full-service garage door and automatic gate repair company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth, Greater Austin, and Greater San Antonio metros. We've built our reputation on fast response times, honest pricing, and quality work — and our office team is the engine that keeps it running. We're looking for a sharp, dependable Dispatcher / CSR to join our Richardson office. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls from homeowners and commercial customers needing garage door or gate service Schedule and dispatch service appointments to our field technicians across DFW Use our internal CRM to log jobs, customer information, and technician notes Follow up on quotes, confirm appointments, and route urgent calls to on-call technicians Coordinate with field technicians via phone and text throughout the day Respond to qualified Leads Keep the schedule full and the customers informed What We're Looking For 1-2 years of dispatch, CSR, or call center experience (home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades preferred) Strong phone presence — friendly, clear, calm under pressure Comfortable with computers and learning new software (we use a custom dispatch platform plus Google Workspace) Ability to multitask: phones, scheduling, texts, and email simultaneously Reliability is non-negotiable — our technicians and customers depend on you Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required Must be authorized to work in the
United States Schedule & Pay Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Pay:
$18 - $24 per hour, based on experience
Location:
