Job Description

Job description We are seeking a new member to join our service team! This is a skilled field service role working on high-end residential window and door products. Experience with wood windows and doors and aluminum windows and doors is required. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience troubleshooting, adjusting, repairing, and servicing premium window and door systems. National Window & Door Source is Window and Door distributor based in Richardson, Texas. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm with opportunities for overtime. Medical is 100% covered for the employee. Paid time off, Paid Holidays, 401K retirement, and Bonus Opportunities. ​
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair window and door service issues in the field Perform adjustments, repairs, and service work on wood, clad wood, aluminum, and specialty window and door products Complete service work professionally in occupied homes, custom homes, and active jobsite environments Document service findings, completed work, photos, and follow-up needs Ability to work with & lift large and heavy products (40+ pounds) Effectively communicate with staff, builders, homeowners and team members on high end residential and light commercial projects Ability to troubleshoot and solve field service issues independently Timely and consistent​

Professional communication skills with customers, builders, and homeowners

Drivers license with a clean driving record
