Residential Handyman

Residential Handyman FM3 Construction is looking for a reliable and skilled handyman to assist with residential repairs, make-readies, and punch-list work in Katy, TX and surrounding areas. Most of the work includes small residential repairs such as drywall patching, paint touch-up, trim work, door adjustments, hardware installation, caulking, minor fence repairs, light demo, and general handyman tasks. We are looking for someone who can work independently, communicate professionally, and take pride in clean, quality work.

Requirements:

Experience with residential handyman or maintenance work Must have your own transportation Must have your own basic tools Must be able to receive pay by direct deposit Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance Must be dependable and show up on time Must be able to work independently and complete jobs properly Must communicate professionally with customers and team members
