Hotel Maintenance Handyman

As a Hotel Maintenance Handyman, you will play a vital role in keeping our hotel facilities in top condition. Your hands-on skills and proactive approach will ensure that everything from electrical systems to plumbing and general repairs are handled efficiently. Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals Conduct repairs involving welding, residential painting, and other handyman tasks to uphold property standards Troubleshoot issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and use tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical problems Maintain facility equipment and systems through preventive maintenance schedules using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software Supervise or assist with projects involving facilities upgrades or renovations, ensuring safety and quality standards are met Respond promptly to guest repair requests, providing excellent customer service while resolving issues efficiently Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities, including welding and electrical work Maintain Swimming pool Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or building repair within a hospitality or residential setting Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams Hands-on experience with electrical systems, including troubleshooting with ohmmeters and working with PLCs Skilled in welding, residential painting, and general handyman tasks Prior supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance teams is preferred Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and guestsJoin us as a Hotel Maintenance Handyman and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through expert facility care!
