Job Description
Position Overview The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations. Duties & Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Install, maintain, and adjust production machinery and facility systems. Complete equipment repairs, changeovers, and operational testing. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Perform basic building maintenance as needed. Maintain maintenance records and support a safe work environment. Qualifications & Requirements Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with PLCs, motors, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics preferred. Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work around production equipment.
