Full-time Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Make Ready Technician to join our team. The Make Ready Technician will be responsible for preparing vacant apartments for new residents.
Responsibilities:
Handling tile work. Minor appliance repairs. Carpentry repairs. Cabinetry repairs. Painting. Minor HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs Preventive maintenance. Work orders as needed.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems
  • Experience in residential painting Rotating on 24/7 on call schedule.
