Preventative Maintenance Technician Staybridge Suites - 3.4 San Angelo, TX Job Details Full-time $15 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits On-the-job training Employee discount Qualifications Minor electrical repair Equipment repair Minor facility damage repair Electrical maintenance Building interior maintenance Full Job Description The maintenance assistant is responsible for providing an attractive, clean, safe, and well-maintained property. The person must perform grounds, building, and equipment maintenance and repair work as directed by the Chief Engineer. 1. Ensure exterior building and grounds are clean by use of a pressure washer and blower as needed 2. Clean swimming pool (should be free of trash and leaves.) If you are not familiar with pool chemicals, you will receive on the job training 3. Responsible for preventative maintenance through out the property, detail preventative maintenance in and out around all guest rooms 4. Fulfill Service Request Tickets daily 5. Minor electrical, Minor AC work, Minor Plumbing, Minor Paint and Drywall repairs
