Maintenance Associate

KP Staffing Granbury is now hiring an entry level maintenance associate in Santo! Job Summary The entry level maintenance associate will maintain machinery and equipment to support production operations and reduce downtime. This role performs preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and general building maintenance as needed. Pay $18 per hour Shift 1st shift: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday - Friday Duties Install and inspect machines and electrical equipment Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure machines remain operational Perform building maintenance Fill out required documentation timely and correctly Learn the operation of equipment in the production area Diagnose and repair AC and DC motor controls Identify and communicate problematic issues Maintain work areas in a tidy condition, including maintenance shop and storage areas Follow company policies on safety, food safety, food defense, and GMPs Work weekend hours for projects as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of maintenance experience Good communication skills, both oral and written Ability to read equipment diagrams and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions Strong organization skills and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Electrical competency is a major plus Certification not required TIG, MIG, and arc welding capability preferred Knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor starters, pumps, and PLC controls preferred Job Type Contract To Hire How to Apply Start by submitting your resume or visit KP Staffing Granbury for an in-person interview.
