Full- Time : We are looking for a skilled and dependable Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support our production operations by ensuring all manufacturing equipment and systems operate efficiently and reliably. This role is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and conducting repairs to minimize downtime and support continuous manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, production lines, and support equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production interruptions. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures. Assist in installing new machinery or relocating existing equipment as needed. Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements or upgrades. Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and supplies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance role. Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, and automation equipment is a plus. Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and wiring diagrams. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, if needed.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance or mechanical aid. Ability to sit for extended periods while operating a forklift, as well as frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift. Comfortable working in an industrial setting with exposure to loud noise, moving machinery, dust, and variable temperatures (hot or cold). Ability to climb in and out of forklifts multiple times per shift. Must have adequate vision and depth perception for operating equipment safely in tight spaces. You must always wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) when in the production facility (e.g., steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, and hard hat). Must have physical stamina and concentration to operate machinery safely over long shifts TDL Required to travel to various locations.
