$20-$30/ hour DOE Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a HVAC Technician position for a company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems Respond promptly to resident service requests and work orders Diagnose and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, and appliances Prepare apartments for move-in (turnovers), including painting, cleaning, and repairs Ensure all work complies with safety and building codes Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas in clean and safe condition Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
Requirements:
HVAC Certification (Required) EPA Section 608 Certification (Required) Minimum of 2 years' experience in apartment or residential maintenance Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Apply now!
