Pool Repair Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pool maintenance and repair, ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service. RAIL (Residential Appliance Installer License) is required. Duties Repair and maintain pool equipment, utilizing hand tools and power tools effectively. Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pool systems and provide timely solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks. Communicate with clients regarding service schedules, maintenance tips, and any necessary repairs. Document service visits and maintain accurate records of work performed. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pool maintenance. Experience Previous experience as a service technician or in a similar role is mandatory. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair. Familiarity with pool maintenance practices, including cleaning techniques and chemical treatments. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills with clients and colleagues alike. RAIL (Residential Appliance Installer License) is required.
