Sign Fabricator / Sign Installer

Sign Fabricator / Installer JDM Designs is seeking a dependable Sign Fabricator / Installer to join our growing team in Stagecoach, Texas. We fabricate and install custom signs throughout Texas, including monument signs, architectural signage, channel letters, wayfinding systems, and specialty projects. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and seeing projects through from fabrication to final installation. Responsibilities Fabricate sign components from drawings and specifications Assist with aluminum and steel fabrication Operate shop tools and equipment Load and unload materials Install signs at customer locations Work safely at job sites Coordinate with project managers and production staff Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail Qualifications Construction, fabrication, sign, welding, or installation experience preferred Ability to use hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure accurately Valid driver's license required Ability to lift and handle materials safely Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Team-oriented Strong work ethic Problem solver Takes pride in craftsmanship Willing to work both in the shop and in the field Compensation $20-$28 per hour depending on experience Paid vacation Stable year-round work Opportunity for advancement Family-oriented work environment "We're willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude."
