Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance professional to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our apartment residentsand complex. The Maintenance will peform daily maintenance operations including work orders, make readies and preventative maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in apartment maintenance and be proficient in various technical skills. Some overtime may be required if a maintenance emergency happens after hours. Responsibilities Peform and work with the property manager to complete and daily maintenance activities within the facility. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality. Utilize precision measuring instruments to assess equipment performance and make necessary adjustments. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively. Manage repairs and maintenance tasks for both low voltage and high voltage systems. Collaborate with property manager, vendors and part ordering to minimize downtime during maintenance activities Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Skills Proficiency in HVAC/R systems, with a strong understanding of their operation and maintenance. Experience with maintenance practices, including troubleshooting techniques for various machinery. Basic knowledge of electrical systems including both low voltage and high voltage applications. Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively for diagnostics and repairs. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
