Neighborhood Marketing Representative (Door Hangers) - Flexible Outdoor Work - 1099 Contractor Flexible schedule | Pay per door hangers and completed route Augusta Lawn Care of Tomball is looking for dependable individuals to distribute door hangers in targeted neighborhoods throughout Tomball, Klein, Rosehill, Spring and Northwest Houston. The Role We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help us distribute door hangers. As a Neighborhood Marketing Representative, you'll be responsible for distributing door hangers in assigned neighborhoods and accurately documenting completed routes. You'll work independently, follow a route map, and use your smartphone to verify route completion. No door knocking, selling, or homeowner interaction required.

Key Responsibilities:

Distribute door hangers throughout assigned neighborhoods Follow designated route maps Use GPS tracking and photos to verify completed work Communicate route completion and availability with management

What We're Looking For:

Reliable individuals who follow through on commitments Comfortable walking several miles per route Smartphone with GPS capability Reliable transportation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Positive attitude and strong work ethic Applicants under 18 may be considered with parent or guardian consent Must be comfortable working outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099)

Compensation & Schedule Pay:

$0.30 per door hanger + performance bonuses. Typical routes consist of approximately 250 homes which means $75. Additional earning opportunities are available for top performers.
