Apartment Maintenance / Make Ready Technician Hunters Glen Apartments - 4.7 Tyler, TX Job Details Full-time $18 - $19 an hour 15 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Moving Appliance repair Fixture installation EPA Certification Full Job Description The job of the Maintenance Make Ready Tech is focused on the turn of apartments from time of move out to new move in. Position requires, but is not limited to, some painting, small appliance repair, replacing locks and door knobs, sinks , faucets, fixtures, hanging blinds, ceiling fans, general plumbing and electrical. In addition they will be required to help clean and maintain swimming pools, and will take after hour call every 3rd week. We are a 226 unit owner managed apartment community. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. You will need to be able to walk the community and climb a flight of stairs regularly as well as move appliances and other large items. We are looking for dependable, team player with a good attitude. Continental Property Company requires drug testing and a criminal background check.
