In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient environment by performing repairs, troubleshooting systems, and conducting preventive maintenance. . This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Must have a minimum of one year experience with maintenance/make -ready. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening. Must be very knowledgeable of A/C and pool. Must be A/C certified and be able to install the new R32 system. Knowledgeable in A/C, heating, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair. Must be available for after hours on call emergencies. Proficient in attention to detail. Good communication skills is a must.
Pay:
$22.00 - $23.00 per hour
