Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks across a variety of facilities, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work
  • Conduct inspections of equipment, systems, and building structures to identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve general maintenance problems in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders
  • Assist in the installation, replacement, or repair of fixtures, appliances, and machinery
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used
  • Ensure that work areas are kept clean, safe, and organized
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while performing duties
  • Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and projects
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
