Summary:
Hello Bello is looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician who will install, maintain and troubleshoot various production equipment at our Fulfillment and Manufacturing facility in Waco, Texas. You will continuously respond to all machine failures; troubleshooting, repairing and rebuilding all major equipment during production breakdowns with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
Respond to urgent downtime requests, troubleshoot mechanical problems for root cause and repair as necessary, documenting findings and determining steps to avoid future equipment/parts failures. Work with Manufacturing Operations team on effective and efficient product changeovers, optimizing machine uptime. Help meet or exceed production, waste and quality goals through a quality and preventative maintenance program. Ensures operation of machinery by completing preventive maintenance on drives, backup power systems, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and other mechanical components. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance within a complex manufacturing environment Associates degree or higher in Industrial, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Ability to display skills in manufacturing processes, including operating and maintaining automated equipment Ability to diagnose and communicate problems, root causes and short/long term solutions Must be able to work 12-hours shifts, weekends, and overtime
