Job Description

Plumber Maintenance Tech (1st shift)
  • Baylor University TDIndustries paid holidays, 401(k) United States, Texas, Waco May 05, 2026 Job Summary Responsible for plumbing maintenance and repair of large or small commercial equipment.
Also helps other trades if need it.
Schedule:
Work 4 days
  • off 3 days 3rd
Shift:
Sunday
  • Wednesday 8:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM 40 hours guaranteed Full-time benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan 401(k) with company match 8 paid holidays + generous PTO Ongoing manufacturer training Essential Duties Performs planned maintenance.
Diagnoses plumbing issues through observation, testing and setup. Ensures timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork. Uses tools and equipment that are standard issue and do not need further calibration or adjustment. Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner. Works on and completes all facility team-based goals. Observes and complies with all company safety policies. Uses required personal protective equipment while satisfying all work requests. Other duties as required. Minimum Requirements 5+ years of experience Must be able to read schematics and blue prints. Diagnostic ability as demonstrated through prior experience and/or training. Performs as self-managed individual. Professional demeanor, solid interpersonal skills with good written and oral communication capability. Demonstrates strong business ethics at all times.
