Pool Service Technician

True Blue Pool is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Pool Service Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with customers, and is motivated to help maintain pools at a high standard. The ideal candidate preferably has 2+ years of experience in pool maintenance and repair, strong problem-solving skills, and knowledge of pool equipment and water chemistry. This position involves servicing residential and commercial pools throughout the Central Texas area using a company vehicle and equipment. Compensation:

$20 - $25 per pool depending on experience

Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance Test, balance, and treat pool water chemistry Clean filters, baskets, salt systems, and equipment Diagnose and report equipment or plumbing issues Troubleshoot and assist with repairs and equipment replacements Identify potential leaks or safety concerns Maintain accurate service notes and work orders Provide professional and friendly customer service
