The job of Seasonal Hardwood Floor Crew is done for the purpose/s of providing hardwood floor maintenance at assigned sites using custodial equipment to perform hardwood floor resurfacing operations; assisting other maintenance staff may be required. Essential Functions Operation of floor scrubbers and sanders Working with chemicals Extensive standing and walking Able to lift 50 lbs Performs other duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit Requirements age 16+ High school diploma or equivalent.
