Partly in field, and partly in office. Job Summary The perfect candidate for this position will be able to handle the physical cleaning of the ducts, and be a good sales person as well. This position is primarily responsible for cleaning the air ducts for the jobs we land. As things currently stand, we do not have enough work coming in to keep a person busy full time with doing the physical cleaning as a technician. This therefore requires the technician to assist (and primarily take the lead) in sales efforts. This includes spreading advertisements door to door, calling prior customers, strategically talking to property managers, etc. As jobs are scheduled, you will then be the person to handle those jobs. Supervisory Responsibilities

• The right candidate could grow into a supervisory role if the air duct cleaning segment of the business grows over time. But at original hiring, they aren't supervising anyone, just attending to their job responsibilities.
• The right candidate has the potential to grow into purchasing the air duct cleaning segment of the company if that is something that interests them. Primary Responsibilities
• Physically clean the air ducts for all jobs that are scheduled.
• Find opportunities to upsell while on the job.
• When jobs are not scheduled, sales efforts will be made, including calling prior customers, spreading advertisements, visiting property managers, etc.
• Perform jobs in such a way that customers are enthusiastic about leaving a 5 star rating.
• For large commercial jobs, provide bids for the work to be completed. Qualifications
• Must work well with customers, both on the phone and in person.
• Must be physically able to move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs, but on wheels).
• Must be self motivated to put in the effort to generate more business when your schedule is not full.
• Must dress to company standards and present well to customers.

Must lift things as heavy as 50 lbs occasionally. Must be comfortable using a few simple power tools. Must be comfortable being on ladders, and getting on roofs (for dryer vents).
