Job description Property Management company is seeking Full Time Apartment Maintenance Technicians to grow with our team. Looking for a hard-working, experienced maintenance technician to join our innovative and fun-loving team! Skilled trades workers are welcome to apply. Job Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Friendly and helpful with residents when servicing work orders.
- Troubleshooting and/or repair of HVAC, appliances, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall.
- Have a good eye for detail as a large portion of the job is preparing apartments for new tenants.
- Be extremely thorough with lists of items to repair.
Requirements and Abilities:
- Requires a team-oriented person who will safely and efficiently assist in the repair or routine maintenance of rental properties.
- Our ideal candidate will be someone who is professional, clean, honest, hard-working has a good attitude, and has experience as a handyman or apartment maintenance technician.
- Read written instructions in the language provided (English) - Must be able to work independently and within a team.
- Have your own basic tools and power tools.
- Handle tasks with professionalism, confidence, and happy demeanor.
- Pass a pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
- Have a clean Motor Vehicle Record. No DUI's or suspended licenses on record within 7 years.
- Can stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, work on elevated platforms, etc.
