Facilities Technician - Buildings and Grounds

We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Facilities Maintenance - Buildings & Grounds professional to help maintain our company facilities, grounds, and work environments in a safe, clean, and professional condition. This position plays an important role in supporting daily operations by ensuring buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas are well maintained year-round. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in maintaining facilities, and can work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment. Position Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and repairs Complete custodial and cleaning duties for offices and facilities Maintain company grounds, landscaping, irrigation, and exterior areas Perform snow removal and ice control during winter months Conduct minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs Assist with facility inspections and preventative maintenance Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Receive and organize maintenance and facility supplies Help maintain safe, clean, and organized workspaces and storage areas Respond to maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Five years experience in facilities maintenance, custodial work, construction, landscaping, or related field Working knowledge of basic maintenance and repair practices Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Strong work ethic and ability to work independently Good communication and organizational skills Valid driver's license required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the day Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions What We Offer Competitive pay Excellent benefits package Stable, full-time employment Supportive team environment Opportunity to contribute to the upkeep and improvement of company facilities Apply Today If you take pride in maintaining facilities and enjoy hands-on work in a team-focused environment, we encourage you to apply.
