Maintenance Technician

Nxt Property Management is seeking a dependable and skilled Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support Lehi Tech Apartments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help maintain the overall condition and appearance of both communities: Complete daily maintenance tasks, including general repairs and light groundskeeping Respond to service requests in occupied apartments in a timely manner Prepare vacant units (make-readies/turns) for new residents Maintain buildings, amenities, and common areas across both properties Work closely with leasing and maintenance teams to support operations Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members Pay & Benefits $19-$21 per hour, depending on experience Full-time benefits package, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and sick time HSA option Paid mileage when traveling between properties Why Work at Nxt Property Management? What We're Looking For Required:

1+ year of apartment maintenance or related experience Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer knowledge Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Preferred (Training Available): Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs Groundskeeping or landscaping knowledge Apply Today!
