The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in countertop fabrication, templating & installation, demonstrating proficiency with high-end custom countertop & stone projects using all types of stone. We are seeking someone who can grow into an operational management role, overseeing all fabrication and installations and helping scale our growing company. Duties Fabricate, assemble, and install stone countertops, shower & fireplace surrounds. Template countertops with both sticks and digital. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Experience working with quartz, quartzite, granite, marble, Dekton, and porcelain. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals within deadlines. Help coordinate projects from fabrication to installation and ensure projects are done to the highest quality. Experience 5+ years of proven experience in fabrication and installation of high-end stone countertops, shower & fireplace surrounds. Familiarity with tools and countertop fabrication and installation techniques is essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills.
