As a Maintenance Technician, you will do much more than fix broken items. What You'll Do Provide exceptional service to residents and help create a positive living experience Work alongside a collaborative Maintenance Team to maintain apartment homes and community grounds Complete apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents Assist with landscaping, curb appeal, and overall property appearance Respond professionally and courteously to maintenance requests Contribute to a team culture focused on reliability, quality work, and support Why Join Troy Allan Properties?
