We're currently looking for a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to become part of our team at The Ridge Apartments in Salt Lake City. A minimum of 1 year of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns Basic to moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills EPA Universal is highly preferred Energetic, responsible and organized A true team-player mentality #HP123
