Facility Technician The Facility Technician is a key member of the Woodward Park City Base Operations team and reports to the Base Operations Manager. This role supports the maintenance, safety, and overall presentation of indoor and outdoor facilities while contributing to efficient operations and a positive guest experience. What's in it for you Starting at $19/hour Full-time, year-round, hourly position Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match) Annual performance bonus eligibility Paid time off Complimentary access to POWDR resorts and Woodward facilities (including Snowbird) Friends & family discounts and comp tickets Discounts on food, retail, and gear Career development opportunities across POWDR locations Dynamic, outdoor work environment Key Responsibilities Maintenance Perform planned and corrective maintenance across buildings, grounds, and action sports zones Complete general repairs and improvements (e.g., painting, drywall patching) Conduct landscape maintenance, including irrigation repairs and grounds upkeep Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and small equipment Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate as needed Document work using a computerized maintenance management system Operations Support safe, efficient daily operations across the facility Assist with parking operations, including traffic flow and guest direction Perform snow removal using appropriate equipment and tools Support events, projects, and cross-functional operational needs Deliver professional, responsive service to guests Follow all safety protocols and procedures Preferred Qualifications Experience in facility or building maintenance Experience with landscape maintenance and snow removal Familiarity with maintenance management systems Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to make sound safety-related decisions Basic Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required Availability to work weekends and holidays Ability to perform physical tasks (bending, lifting to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods) Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and at heights You make us Woodward.
