PURPOSE OF POSITION
Perform a wide range of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work across lodging property facilities. This includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep of both interior and exterior areas. The role also supports grounds maintenance, snow removal, and care of outdoor spaces to ensure all areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, and finishing work. Safely operate company vehicles and various equipment in a range of weather conditions. Work with chemicals including pool chemicals, concrete sealers, and painting products. Use ladders, scaffolding, and power tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and precision instruments.
Electrical/HVAC:
Troubleshoot and repair pumps, condensers, motors, lighting, and 3-phase electrical panels and circuits.
Plumbing:
Install and repair faucets, drains, toilets, and flush mechanisms; resolve leaks and drainage issues.
Carpentry:
Repair cabinetry, counters, stairs, doors, and walls; perform drywall patching and paint touch-ups. Perform interior and exterior painting and texturing as needed. Conduct grounds maintenance including lawn care, tree and shrub trimming, landscape upkeep, and snow removal. Maintain clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing outdoor and indoor environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
Minimum of 12 months of technician experience required.
Education:
No formal education requirement.
Licenses:
Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs), work at heights, and complete physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
Other Requirements:
Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, swing, and graveyard shifts.
