This role will require basic handyman skills.

Regular tasks:

hanging TV's, interior painting, furniture assembly, light fixtures, hanging pictures, hanging wallpaper, etc. The candidate will travel with the project management team on a 'install trip" to get the home ready for the rental market. Compensation up to $250

• 300 per day based on experience.

1099 contracted role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of maintenance person tasks such as repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Fabricate and install fixtures, furniture, and other items as needed
• Supervise and coordinate the work of other team members
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks
• Willingness to travel required.

(All travel and food expense covered)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a maintenance person or maintenance role
• Strong knowledge and skills in various maintenance person tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
